Aubrey Drake Graham, or professionally known as Drake is a Canadian rapper, singer and actor. Born on October 24, 1986 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, he is also known as Champagne Papi, Drizzy and 6 God. On singing, she sings various genres of music, such as Hip hop, R&B, pop rap, pop and trap.

After becoming well-known for playing Jimmy Brooks in the CTV teen drama series Degrassi: The Next Generation (2001–08), he decided to pursue a recording career in 2006 and in February of that year, Room for Improvement, his debut mixtape, was released. Before joining Young Money Entertainment, he followed up with the mixtapes Comeback Season (2007) and So Far Gone (2009).

Drake released two albums in 2022: Honestly, Nevermind, which was inspired by house music, and Her Loss, which he co-produced with 21 Savage. Drake, who is known for regularly releasing mixtapes alongside his albums, found success with If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late (2015) and More Life (2017).

In 2012, Drake started his own business by establishing the OVO Sound record label with his friend 40. After joining the Toronto Raptors’ executive committee and acquiring naming rights to their practice facility, Drake was named the team’s “global ambassador” in 2013. He and Brent Hocking started working together on the bourbon whiskey Virginia Black in 2016. Drake founded the production company DreamCrew, the fragrance company Better World, and is the creative director of the OVO fashion label and the Nocta partnership with Nike. According to reports, Drake brought in 440 million Canadian dollars ($5 percent) of Toronto’s $8.8 billion in tourism revenue in 2018. He acquired a portion of the Italian soccer team A.C. Milan in 2022.

Drake is one of the best-selling musicians in the world, with over 170 million albums sold, and the RIAA has certified him as the top digital singles artist in the country. He has garnered a record 34 Billboard Music Awards, five Grammy Awards, six American Music Awards, two Brit Awards, and three Juno Awards. Drake holds several other Billboard Hot 100 records, including the most top 10 singles (68), most charted songs (294), the most simultaneously charted songs in one week (27), the most Hot 100 debuts in one week (22), and the most continuous time on the Hot 100 (431 weeks). He has also achieved 12 number-one hits on the chart (13 if you count “Sicko Mode”). On the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay, Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, Hot Rap Songs, and Rhythmic Airplay charts, he also has the most number-one singles.
